Here are the girls in my scrap room after we put the carpet in. Anissa ran upstairs and grabbed the skin and started posing for me to take pictures. Too funny. I only wish they could get along this good all of the time!!
Brian hit a snake when he was mowing the land. The girls wanted to keep it so he skinned it and mounted it on this piece of wood. My girls are tomboys all the way!!
Here is an antelope that hangs around on our land. She is usually by herself which is strange since they are usually in herds. Look at her belly. I think she will be having her baby soon.
Brian's wonderful Aunt Roxi & Uncle Paul gave the girls these animals. Their kids are now grown and thought the girls would LOVE them. Here is Anaia and her Donkey named Donkey. :) Thanks Uncle Paul & Aunt Roxi, we love you.

Ahh the nice smell of fresh spring air.......There is nothing like it. Flowers pop up to say hello. And snow falls from the sky. WHAT? That's right. We had a snow storm the other day and the kids got a day off from classroom time at school on April 25th. Crazy I know. What is up with all this weird weather? But onto better things. With spring comes new babies!! Here are a few pictures I took around here of some really cute little furry or feathered babes.
I am soooooooo sick of seeing white!! No more snow please. I am getting cabin fever out here in Strasburg, Colorado. I haven't been out of the house for about 2 weeks. We got a blizzard. Then they called for another one. Thankfully that turned out to be just about a foot.
You can just see the top of our fence posts here. Way too much snow for me.
